How I love watching my A's f*ck up the Angels. F*ck Poohols and firecrotch.BobblesPoo-holes can't even catch infield flies now  Sosh finally wised up about hitting Trout leadoff.
Some people are suggesting that Quentin be suspended until Grienke plays a game. Â I disagree because of all the unforeseeable things that might entail. Â I do believe however the Padres should be forced to pay a portion of Grienke's salary this year, a sort of "you broke it, you buy it" sort of deal.
Kemp apparently confronted Quentin after the game while they were leaving the park. Leave it on the field; don't carry it with you outside the park. Suspension is probably coming for Kemp.
These are the pictures, embarassing for Kemp and baseball in general.Kemp apparently confronted Quentin after the game while they were leaving the park. Leave it on the field; don't carry it with you outside the park. Suspension is probably coming for Kemp.

HE shouldn't, I remember when Prince Fielder went off after the game at Dodgers Stadium awhile back but nothing happen to him. Teams plays again on Monday. Nothing will happen cuz it's gonna be Jackie Robinson day though, something should though imo.
He wasn't ejected. He just couldn't continue pitching.Funny thing was the ump ejected Greinke for that pitch, seriously? You're up by 1, barely hit the leadoff guy on a full count, and that's an ejection? Sure ump.

Look at the umpire after Quentin gets hit, he threw Grienke out.

Ummm, all I see is the umpire signaling to Quentin to take the base. Yet, I went to MLB.com and took a look at the box score and it says that indeed Greinke was thrown out of the game, so I stand corrected. Either way, don't understand why he was ejected. There was not prior warning and its not his fault Quentin is a moron, with a degree in political science from Stanford I might add, which doesn't know that a pitcher isn't trying to hit a batter in a 2-1 game, 3-2 count with 0 outs.8 games is fine with me for Quentin, but I still stand by the Padres being forced to pay part of Grienke's salary for the next couple months. Â
Good win for the Braves!Ring_of_fireAwesome comeback. Bullpen is just so nasty, and few teams have the pitching to hold this lineup down for long. Gonna be a fun season.

That is also without Venters and McCann! If they return to their 2011 forms (maybe for Venters, 2010)....damn....
Dude, f*ck Greinke. Â Pitchers can throw rock-hard balls at batters at ninety miles per hour and they only get a warning, but god forbid a batter should take offense at being thrown at and do something about it and he gets eight weeks because the assh*le was dumb enough to lean into a charge. Â Greinke should be docked whatever pay for the games he misses on account of "I'm too dumb to try to avoid a charging mass of muscle that's angry as hell at me." Â Learn to control your goddamn pitches, and the refs certainly should be calling more goddamn warnings. Â I've seen games go through three beans without a warning, it really needs to be a whole lot tighter on pitchers than it is now.
Don't forget Freeman and Beachy. :DGamerForcaHow could I forget? Would be great if Hudson beats Strasburg tonight. Don't have to go for the sweep, just a series win. (Hudson may be out of his prime as a pitcher, but now as a prankster)
Fox announcers suck. Ring_of_fireWho was the guy who sounded like he was mentally handicapped? "durhurrrr... what he needs HERE is a STRIKE-OUT, cuz then the ball won't be in PLAY, and the batter will be OUT."
Oh, and yeah, pitching staff still ferocious against an awesome Nats lineup.

I don't know, I was listening to Fox with Erik Karros and someone else. They were drooling over Strasburg, even when Hudson was pitching. They also barely mentioned Hudson, who was out pitching Strasburg to that point. And Hudson 3-0 against Strasburg!
Losing Reyes for 3 months max will suck, but 2 wins in a row helps. Dickey finally gets it together tonight. If we can find a SS who has a great glove, then that's fine. We have a lot of offense without Reyes..but no one who gets on base like him. Pitching will have to carry us most nights.
Is the A's offense really that good or was the Angels's pitching so terrible that even the A's looked good against them? Houston sure seems productive against the Angels so far. Pretty sad that Garret Richards appears to be their ace for the time being.

That might be true in most circumstances save for the fact that Quentin and Grienke have a bit of history together and that Quentin takes a lot of shots. I could see why he was out for blood.
I say the Upton trade was worth it. Â Rough series for Ryan Zimmerman, though. Â Three errors, two of them very costly.
I am also glad the Braves traded for Maholm instead of Dempster last year.

You can have Adeiny Hecheverria back.
[QUOTE="Ring_of_fire"]Fox announcers suck. PSP107Joe Buck shouldn't do world series anymore.Agreed. Â Maybe whoever takes over for McCarver will be able to help push him out. Â
Buck is the Fox guy and he is fairly young so we are stuck with him for like at least another 20 years. If anything, you should root for the Dodgers to win the NL because then Vin Scully would get to do the WS on Fox, according to Buck. Master_LiveIs there a play by play man for Dodgers games? I mean during the free MLB package, I caught a little Dodger action and it seems it was a one man show in the booth.

Umm.. thanks but i'll have to decline. Kinda like the guy we called up. Kawasaki...can't hit but sweet glove.[QUOTE="Oleg_Huzwog"]I think that would raise Adam Dunn's batting average by like 100 pointsIt's weird seeing a player go 2-for-5 and have his average drop. Baseball in April.

Aw, don't be so glum. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before he gets on a nice 4 for 20 hot streak.
