This comes from Sonic Paradise, after being translated by Google:

"A few days ago it was revealed that Nintendo and SEGA would join forces hereafter, with three exclusive Sonic games, two of them Sonic Lost Worlds and Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games Sochi 2014. Well, today we able to access information, which provides a reliable source close to Nintendo, on the third game mysterious alliance.

According to our source informs us, the third game would be a racing game, as indicating the rumors that have been seen in recent days in the wake of a message from Steve Lycett of Sumo Digital, on Twitter. But this game at first (which may still change) would not Sumo Digital.

Our source indicates that this game would be only the Sonic saga, not an All Stars Racing and Mario Kart x Sonic All Stars Racing, which would be released later this year. Its reason is to cover the hole in the Mario Kart series until 2014, when the game would market Plumber. In addition, the source says that even being a Sonic game, we would also see Mario and his world, in some way not specified. As last fact, specifies that would not 100% sure it's a game of karts.

With this information, our bet is going to a new entry in the Sonic Riders series, which Nintendo characters appear as guest stars.

But that's not all. Our source also has told us some details on Sonic Lost Worlds. As said, this would be a great title, similar to Sonic Colour s "in the sense of renewing the series with new abilities, worlds, characters," according to Support, so we can expect to see some kind of twist similar to the Wisps. Finally, the source considers this game as "something really big". All these games would be developed by SEGA, but are supported by Nintendo.

Finally, we also ensured that Sonic will be in the next Smash Bros, along with another character from SEGA: Bayonetta. These games are not the last of the collaborations between SEGA and Nintendo, we shall see, other SEGA Segas.

We have confidence in the accuracy of our source, but since it is not something official, we classify this information RUMOR. As such, it may be what finally see something different, but we are confident that our source is correct. We'll have to wait for more information, because the next May 29 is expected to reveal more about SEGA Sonic Lost Worlds.

We will keep you informed."

Real or fake? You decide.

Is it bad that I find the most unbelievable part to be a character from Bayonetta appearing in Super Smash Bros?

If this is indeed true, and motion controls are ditched, has online play, and is made available for 3DS...

...YES.

Really Trainer, you need to stop getting worked up over every "translated by google" rumor you come across because so far none of them were right.

"A Sonic game to be revealed in Feb." Didn't happen unless you're counting Sonic Dash.

"Sonic Excursion, which was going to be a new game on all consoles" Didn't happen.

First of all if Sega did sign an exclusive contract with Nintendo for the next few games, then we won't be seeing any new Sonic on other platforms. Aside from Lost World and the new Olympics crossover, here's what we can probably expect.

Sonic WILL be in the next Smash and more than likely shown off at E3 when Nintendo announces it. The question is now, if any other Sonic characters will be playable or perhaps Sonic gets to be more involved in the story mode.

Another Storybook game? Given the last two "storybook" games were Wii exclusives and a third was planned, then cancelled, this could be possible.

Sonic games coming to the WiiU shop? Quite possible given that we heard about the slew of GG titles on the 3DS. Maybe seeing Sonic CD, Sonic the Fighters as well as the 2 Adventure titles on the WiiU. Though we all still hope and pray for Chaotix.

Sonic Riders 4? Probably not. The second one didn't sell well and the only reason Free Riders exists IMO is that MS desperately needed a cuddly mascot character to launch the Kinect given MS's lack of them (all the Rare characters committed suicide). And with the All Stars Racing games doing the Sonic mascot racing thing waaaay better, I don't see it happening.

Sonic Colors 2? Possible. The first was a great game and a Wii/DS exclusive. Imagine that game, in HD, new wisp powers, and new levels the better 3D gameplay intergration of Generations, and perhaps a better multiplayer mode with online and the ability to play as Sonic's friends?

A Mario/Sonic crossover game? While the Nintendo Power article stated that it would never happen, there was once a time we thought Duke Nukem Forever would never see the light of day. But I won't hold my breath.

A Sega vs. Nintendo crossover fighter? I've said before, as I can't understand why a Sega mascot fighter DOESN'T exist at this point but while all the Sega characters beating the snot out of each other is awesome, Sega vs Nintendo characters is even MORE awesome and while Smash is Nintendo's baby, Sega has a good fighting game pedigree whether they take the Virtua Figther or Powerstone Route.

According to Nintendo's Germany Branch, the 3rd game will also be coming this year.

Still no word on what it is.Â
