Reason #1: Previously unreleased cult status games on VC IE. Sin & Punishment, Mother.
Reason #2: Treasure developing for the Nintendo Wii.
Reason #3: Grasshopper Studio's developing two games on Wii; No More Heroes and Fatal Frame 4.
Reason #4: Fatal Frame 4, a Cult Status survival horror Series in itself.
Reason #5: Zack & Wiki is a rare entry in a cult status Genre which Cannot be found on other consoles.
Reason #6: New Vanillaware game Oboro Muramasa Yotoden.
Reason #7: New Square Enix IP coming to DS: The World Ends With You.
Reason #8: Super Smash Bros series.
Reason #9: The Legend of Zelda series.
    Reason #10: Super Mario series.

Now that just can't be argued with.

I guess it really can't be argued with.

Nintendo is kicking so much ass this generation. Playstation 3 has fell way behind.

Mother's coming to VC?! when? I agree- I think Nintendo, this gen, is for the older gamer- one that appreciates the classics.

I hate New-Gen gamers. They........ suck.

yeah their systems do have lots of cult stuff, i guess it helps get around the lack of big-thrid party games at least for me.

DS is king in terms of cult classics, Wii, I guess you can say is second, but it isn't much, but the competition isn't serious, so this isn't surprising. PSP also has a few, Jeanne d'Arc and many remakes/ports/compilations of older cult classics like Princess Crown, Gradius and Suikoden.

My first attempt at a sig ^_^
Now Playing: DS - Tales of Innocence (J) DS - Final Fantasy Tactics A2 (J)

I'd say PSP is third out of all five systems, which isn't bad really.

The fact that you said that Mario and Zelda are "culty" and left out the Turnabout Trials series (aka Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice) is just sad.

    (I need a Photoshop artist's help with a banner!)

8,9, and 10 are not cult status in any way. >_>

Fire Emblem, Custom Robo, Battalion Wars, Donkey Kong... those are cult status.

Perhaps his thinking was the fact that Square Enix as a whole has a cult following.
