What is your PS3 download speed? Mine just got 10x faster!

For over3 years now I have been struggling to get a good wifi connection on my PS3 because I live in a basement suite.. UNTIL NOW that is!

I purchased a D-Link powerline, which basically turns the outlets in your house into a wired network.

My old download speed on wifi was average 1.5Mbps, and now it weighs in at 14Mbps! Gone are the days of being unable to play games online because of a crappy wifi connection. Got this just in time for UC3, and I highly recommend it for anyone who has a poor wifi signal.

Just out of curiosity, what speeds does your PS3 run at? Wired or wifi?

9Mbps wireless for upload and download.

my house gets 8mb but my room gets 5mb cos i use wired connection which goes all the way round the house. how much was that electrial internet thing? is it something u js buy over the net n set up urself? is it fast?suares2k11

Just checked mine Wirelessly im getting 9.1 mbps download and 1.6 mbps upload

I got 32 Mbps for Ds speed.

i just tried it, its not an actual site

DL=8.5 Mbps, UL=1.1 Mbps (Wireless)

mines used to be real fast, but ever since sony got hacked, it has been stuck around 2Mbps.What is even worse is my upload is higher, usually around 3Mbps.

I get 14 mbps dl and 1.2 up wireless..... My room is next to the kitchen where the router is.
