this is the collection:

I have my PS4 collection about 4 months, and that's all the games I have for it. I probably missed many games prior to 2016. So, what do you think about it? and games I should get?

I'm not going to rate your collection, but there are several great titles you are missing, if you are a JRPG fan (which you obviously are). Disgaea 5 and World of Final Fantasy are both must-haves for a JRPG fan. If you don't own Fairy Fencer on PS3, you should get it as well. IMO FFX remaster belongs in every PS4 JRPG collection as well as Opin Sphere and Valkyrie Chroniocles (if you don't already own the original titles). If you like Idols, check out Omega Quintet. Grand Kingdom is fun too. Then there's the Atelier series if you are into it. Also don't miss digital only games like I am Setsuna. There's also a new Digimon game and don't forget to pick up Persona 5 when it comes out.

I have Disgaea 4 on PS3, and it was nice. I don't really want 5. Valkria Chronicles is one of my favourites on ps3. As for Fairy Fencer F, I really want it. But it is hard to find on reasonable price.

As for Nioh and Bloodborne- They look amazing but they are not my style. I prefer easy games.

Thanks you two

Also, Tearaway Unfolded. Maybe you can give this a pass if you've already played the Vita version, but I think Tearaway deserves more love.

@yammireckorrdsan: I recall a previous thread you made asking for an RPG. Well, now seeing your list helps a lot.

Nier: Automata will likely fit well in your collection. Platinum have really outdone themselves with that gem.

It is an amazing game, probably the best 3D platformer you can find on the system in-fact. But if TC wasn't previously into games like Untangled or Little Big Planet (Arts and Crafts theme)? I don't think Tearaway is for @yammireckorrdsan

I have Attack on Titan (called on EU- AOT wings of freedom). I actually finished it a few days ago, and it was great. About Gravity Rush 1- I can't find it nowhere. It is out of stock everywhere. And about Atelier- I have Rorona on PS3 and the time management was really annoyoing. It is still a thing in Firis?

@yammireckorrdsan: Gravity Rush 1 is hard to find and if you're lucky to find it, it's more expensive than GR2, and more importantly, GR2 is just better in every respect, that's why I didn't recommend GR1.

@yammireckorrdsan:

I know, I hated the shit out of the time constraints in Rorona. Luckily, the newer games are extremely lenient. Atelier Firis still has a timer but it moves extremely slow and what you do there that takes time only takes off an hour instead of a day. But what I really love is the new open world in Firis! It's a fascinating world to explore!

And for Gravity Rush 1, can't you just buy it on the PS Network?

@killered3: Yeah Gravity Rush 1 / Gravity Rush Remastered can be bought on PSN. There is retail version too but it's super expensive at the moment.

I had to get mine at gamestop used for 40 bucks. (if you are lucky, maybe gamestop has a used copy)

God of War 3 remastered - if you haven't played it b4.

DOA Xtreme 3 - if you are into DOA and Senran Kagura

Also Teraway Unfolded - i believe if you have PSN Plus in North America it's free this month

I still like Dead or Alive but only as a fighting game. Senran Kagura basically does everything else that's pervy-related 10x better.

@yammireckorrdsan:Sense you like jrpg's i'm going to give an alternative suggestion if you own windows laptop/pc it can probably run these games all you need is a dual core cpu at 2gz and 1GB of memory recommended specs. your pc would probably need to be pre 2006 to not work. a easy way to look at your cpu/memory is to open up Task Manager.

You'll need to hook up your laptop/pc to your tv with a hdmi. if using a laptop the aspect ratio probably won't match up with your tv so you'll need to go into Intel HD Graphics and mess around with screen mirroring, If by some chance your laptop has a nvidia/amd gpu you can also mess around with screen mirroring in their control panels.

Next you need a working controller for a ps4 controller Input Mappers works great not hard to set up basically emulates a 360 controller. if you want to use a ps4 controller wirelessly you'll need to go buy a bluetooth dongle and sync it

or if you're using windows 8.1/10 a wireless 360 controller will automatically work windows 7 you'll need to download drivers. i probably left a few steps out of getting a controller to work on pc but both ps4 and 360 are great choices.

here are a few easy to run jrpgs

  • The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky really good jrpgs highly recommend!
  • The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC (part two)
  • the Ys games (all of them expect part VIII as it's not out and may or may not run etc) I haven't played Ys myself but they seem to have a cult following.

Really you should try giving Bloodborne a shot use a guild to make the game easier or if you'll having trouble just make a help thread. Hunter Axe is my recommended starting weapon.

Also Nier Automata looks really good haven't played yet though but will soon

Didn't see anyone say Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 which came out today. Thats 4 games right there if you didn't play them on PS3. Ratchet and Clank, Final fantasy type-0, metal gear solid V definitive ed., banner saga, Shadow of Mordor.

But Kingdom Hearts all the way.

Ratchet & Clank, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Resident Evil 7, HITMAN and Shadow of Mordor are all great games.

If you're interested in indie games, I'd also go for The Swindle, Hotline Miami and SOMA are all fantastic.
