So I'm a little bit on the confusion side here: First I heard them say simultaneous planetwide launch across all territories, including North America, Europe, Japan, China and Korea. Now I see August 28th for US and September 14th for Europe. Anyone can sort it out for me? Ty.
There was a delay im not to sure on the details but i would say its the usual Sonyloves US, EU gets screwed ordeal that we have put up with ever since the release of the console, on the other hand it might be a production issue.
Doesnt matter though i mean if you want it that bad just import it an play with the yanks for a few weeks until the rest of us get the game.
I have checked a few game stores for Warhawk and they have Sept 20 for the release and Oct 11th for Lair :(finalsquall76

Nothing. I bought R6V from the states and it worked perfect. No diiference at all! PS3 games are region free!
I ask mainly because it's online only, so if i ever have to register anything or whatever then will i need to use a US PSN account on a different user, or could i use my EU account on my main user without problems?

There is a problem. if you buy the DL version no problem at all. BUT if you import from US the retail version you have a problem. You see US SDTVs support 480i as a minimum and EU SDTVs support 560i (or 546i don't remember exactly). So if you live in EU, your SDTV won't support the games. IF you have a HDTV, the game will work because all HDTVs Support 720p :)

Your right to a point.. if he has a HD tv then he would have no problems importing if he has a SD tv then he could have a problem with the NTSC/PAL issue but that would depend on his TV, as for the DL version your not right he would have a big problem being able to purchase the game unless he has a mastercard as that is the only one that allows you to purchase from the U.S PSN outside the U.S.
