walking dead season 2. Which platform?

I bought the walking dead season pass for the first season on PS3. and am interested in playing the second season, but now own a ps4 aswell as a PS3, so I wondering is it worth getting season 2 on ps4 if my progress doesn't carry over or just buy the second season on ps3 so I can play with the choices that I made in season 1.

I don't see what the benefit of switching to PS4 would be - the visuals are not going to blow your mind and you'd lose the choices you made as mentioned

I'd go with having your choices carry over. The game will run a bit better on the PS4, but it's perfectly playable on the PS3. I felt it ran better than the first season did.
