Does of anyone know of a USB stick formatted for FAT32 right out of the box? I do not want to reformat my current external hard drive and would just like to buy a new USB stick to run the Backup Utility on my PS3.

Thanks. I'm not the most tech savvy. How big do I need to get to run the Backup Utility? I know that depends on lots of things, but let's just assume I've taken up 40GB of my potential 80GB?

The thumb drive I bought a few years ago is formatted in FAT32. Maybe some youtube videos would help.
