So basically you make up a theory, which you can't be bothered to prove, and then go on to insult people in advance if they post anything negative about it:P

As far as all the top rated games on the 360 being shooters, you are right but that doesn't account for some low ps3 scores, most notably R&C ToD so i don't really buy it:)
