It doesn't mean it's been canceled. It's entirly possible the project has moved to a new team to finish the work. Closures like this usually mean the studio it self wasn't making money or had no future projects in the pipeline.
One of the posts mentioned that the Agency was due for release at the end of 2011, and on Gamespot it says TBA 2011, so if they are correct then I just wonder if Sony may have that game pretty much completed and be moving it to another studio to complete it, or moving some of the team to another site to get the game out rather than leave it after quite a while in development.
GS has updated the news post. It has been canceled. Too bad, it did look good.
