Absolutely! Bioshock 2 is not favoured by many people but i enjoyed it just as much if not more than the first! The online was dying out a few years ago so not sure how it fairs today but it was great fun. Dead Space 2 is fantastic, plenty of replay value as i can guarantee you will want to do multiple playthroughs!
BioShock 2 is worth $9 alone so if you're getting both for that price I say go for it. If they're each $9 then I still say go for BioShock 2, but I can't speak for Dead Space 2.
Bioshock 2 is nowhere near as good as the first one, if you've played that, but still worth 9 bucks. Dead Space 2 is ridiculous insane, every bit as good and better than the first.... a phenomenal value at 9 beans. Yes. Buy both. DS2 is the much better game though.
