Should I return my PS3 Slim?

I got it for christmas. I have and xbox 360and wii already. I went to gamestop and I realized they don't have as many games as the xbox. What should I do? Oh yeah and I would only get $125 for returning it too.

Return your Wii. You'll get more for it, and the console isn't putting out decent games anymore. At least not compared to the heavyweight lineup PS3 has/will unleash.

Keep the PS3 there is enough games out there for the PS3 I own one I would know.

Without even playing Demon's Souls, Uncharted, God of War, Ratchet, etc. you are already judging the games. That is just retarded. Play the games. If you still don't like it, sell it to a friend/craigslist/ebay for $300

Also the ps3 has many great games. But I dont know your taste so what ever floats your boat.

Keep the PS3 - It has GoW III, Final Fantasy Versus 13, Demon Souls, LittleBigPlanet & Uncharted 2 (Metal Gear Solid 4 & Killzone 2, which I hear are good games but don't interest me). PS3 is also much better for fighters such as Tekken, Blazblue & Street Fighter 4 because the D-Pad is much better. I also rather the controller for fast paced games such as Ninja Gaiden, Devil May Cry, Dante's Inferno & Bayonetta, though I think the 360 is smoother (The 360 version of Bayonetta is said to be much better frame rate wise).

Keep the 360 - It has Halo (Woo!), Gears of War, Mass Effect, Lost Odyssey & Left 4 Dead. I also much prefer the 360 controller for any type of shooter, and the online, though not free, is higher quality. I also rather not only Shooters, but most games in general on my 360 over my PC, mainly because I have my consoles at the end of my bed, & its much more comfortable, & I'm not big on PC gaming other then MMOs & RTS games.

Keep the Wii - Super Smash Bros Brawl, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, Zelda (Whether their the N64 versions downloaded from the Nintendo Store, the gamecube versions which can be played on the Wii, or Twilight Princess for the Wii itself), RE4 Wii edition, Dead Space Extraction, Monster Hunter Tri (not out yet but MH is always fun), a load of Virtual Console games from the NES, SNES, N64 & more (That's not even including the load of Mario games which don't really interest me, but are rated very well, such as Super Mario Galaxy which got 9.5).

Keep them all. Most gamers would love to have all 3.

360 has been out an extra year you know that right? and well its not like every single game on 360 is worth playing...i mean i can say the same for PS3 and especially wii...but id deff rather play the "little" ammount of PS3 games over 360 and Wii's any day

At my mall's Gamestop, the PS3 and 360 sections are close to the same size. Unless you're obsessed with Halo and Gear of War, I don't know what the problem is.

I'll buy your PS3 off you if you're willing to trade it in for $125...

Keep it, there will be a game or (prolly more than that) that will come out and you wont have a PS3 to play em on and Gamestop will have seized the day.

If I may be so bold, you would be foolish to return your Slim PS3.

Returning it would be an insult to the person that spent their hard earned money, in the worst recession since the depression, to get you what is quite possibly the greatest console on the market today.

May I instead suggest that you keep all three consoles so that you can play ANY game that comes out, regardless of which console it is on. Remember that the XBOX 360 came out one year ahead of the Wii and PS3. Therefore, there are one years worth of games on the market that are older than those on the PS3 or Wii. That means they will show up in GameStop as used games one year ahead of any PS3/Wii games.

Why not buy the following games:

• Resistance: Fall of Man
• Resistance 2
• Little Big Planet
• Killzone 2
• Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction
• Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time
• Metal Gear Solid 4
• God of War Collection (contains digitally remastered GoW1/2 in 720p with Trophies)
• Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
• Uncharted 2
• Warhawk
• inFamous
• Gran Turismo Prologue
• SOCOM Confrontation
• Valkyria Chronicles

So none of those games interest you?

You also have the following games coming out in the next 3 months:

• M.A.G. (Massive Action Game, has 128 v. 128 online player battles)
• God of War 3
• Gran Turismo 5

And these are all exclusive games to the Playstation 3.

I would also go along with the Wii unless you prefer games targeted towards younger audiences. Not that blood and gore and mature content/subject matter is everything but there are two polar extremes on the Wii. "Kiddie" games... and the most over the top and purely shock value driven games such as Mad World (I believe it was?), there are a handful of "solid" Wii titles but the list of truly elite games can be counted on one hand, that being said, I can barely fit the gems from 2009 for the PS3 alone. The 360 had a solid line-up but I'll take Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet, Demon's Souls, etc. over Halo: ODST any day.

Why are you asking us? Are you going to sell it or not? Just make your choice and get on with your life. :)

If you want to be ignorant and sell it while not looking what is available, that is your decision. There has been a lot of games on the PS3 this year. The winter time.

You have got Resistance 1 and 2, Motorstorm 1 and 2, Valkyria Chronicles, Little Big Planet, Wipeout, Trine, Folklore, Warhawk, Uncharted 1 and 2, Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destruction, Quest for Booty, and a Crack in time, Demon's Souls, Disgaea 3, Metal Gear Solid 4, Ridge Racer 7, Hot Shots Golf 5, Infamous, Killzone 2, Katamari Forever, Pixel Junk Eden, Pixel Junk Shooter, Pixel Junk Monsters, Shatter, Magic Ball, The Last Guy, In just a couple of Months there will be MAG, White Knight Chronicles, God of War 3, Yakuza 3, Last Rebellion, Heavy Rain, and Atelier Rorona. Mod Nation Racers is coming in the spring and Gran Turismo 5 will come out in the fall of next year. Some people also like Heavenly Sword and Socom.

That is like almost 30 something games just on PS3. Most of those games are at least worth playing if nothing else. Since you already have a PS3 why not start getting fighting games for it. It has the better D-pad so if your into fighters, PS3 is the better system to get it on. Wy play Final Fantasy 13 on 5 discs when you can play it on 1?

Dear God no! Keep your PS3. Have you seen the 2010 line-up? GOW3, MAG, Heavy Rain....I could go on all day. Sell your Wii. Wii is the crappiest console I have ever owned.
