Serious PS3 help needed desperatly!!!!

Ok, my game, DVD's and CD's dont load in my PS3!!!

Whenever i put anything in, the little swirly circle in the corner just stays there, loading and loading, and the disk icon that you click on to access the game, DVD, etc dosn't appear!!

So i can't access my games or anything becasue tehy all just keep loading...i left it for 15 mins the other dany and it was still loading!!! I haven't droped the PS3 or anything...ever!!..the only difference is that i now have an HD TV with an HDMI cable for superior quality visual and audio...which i cant't use since the PS3 isn't letting me do anything!!

What's going on!?

I do actualy have an alternative, i bought my PS3 from a small time buisines that mainly runs a an Ebay store..very friendly!!

So i could always call them but i think Sony is the answer!!

Still, i'm really pissed about it breaking just as i got my 1st HD telly!!

Its a DRE (Disc Read Error). Been a problem on Sony consoles since the Playstation 2. Call up Sony and they will send you the coffin, ship it back to them and then wait for either a new or refurbished PS3 to arrive.
