If i delete my savefile and start a new game can i still visit the Serpent Tome and get the DLC weapons i got with the game (will they pop up in the offline box so to speak) eventhough i already been there and picked em' up once?

I wrote to the THQ support and they were kind enough to send me the Crowfather set again via the Inbox function of the Serpent Tome. Thanks alot for that :)
