PSP won't connect to playstation network store...

I get a message that says "A DNAS error has occurred. The operation timed out". How do i fix it, so i can get on the psp network store?

Now i get "A DNAS error has occurred. (80530184)"

Is the firmware current? You needthe latest versionto access the PSN properly.

I looked this issue up and supposively the northeast is the only ones being effected by this dnas error. They say people who have comcast and time warner are having these issues, also that ps3 owners are safe. I live in new york and still get dnas timed out everytime. Tried making a new account and everything. Is anyone else in the northeast having the same issues with psp connecting to psn store?

Read on some forum and it may be people with any kind of internet provider for the psp, but allof themseem to be cases in the northeast us.
