PSP price drop near Christimas time

I was just wondering if u think Sony will drop the price because I know there coming up with an updated version but do u think they will drop the price before Christmas time?

I want a one but my all the up coming PS3 games that are coming out are going to seriously drain my wallet. But if it gets a price drop I might consider using my Christmas money to get it and I probably hold off getting somePS3 games.

Look its pretty simple, they want to replace the old psp with the new slim psp. Thats why they are advertising the old one so much and keeping the new psp under raps for hardcore gamers. Since you can buy the new psp alone for 170, they have to lower the price of the old psp. It is entirley up to stores to decide what the older psp should cost, as sony is expecting it sells out by then. . They are not going to lower the price of the new slim psp in time for christmas. Especially since the original psp price was lowered twice.

As of now im pretty sure they don't want to, nor do they need to even think about lowering the price.
