PSP Assassins Creed Bundle Q's?

I might get the Assassins Creed PSP bundle, it's on for $130, but just wondering domethings.

1 - Is it sparkly like to PSPgo, if yes, does it look pretty girly?

2 - Will it slowly turn to a yellow tint?

3 - IS this a good price, should I go for it?

I dont really care about the game or the movie, it just seems like a good price for even just the system.
