Is it possible to change my PSN ID to something else?

I believe that you have to start over to change your name and you will lose all your trophies and purchased content. I could be wrong but I don't think there is even an option to change your name at all. Like on XBOX I think you can pay ten bucks and change your name. Do you no longer feel like a True Elite Gamer?:P
Yeah you got it. :PI believe that you have to start over to change your name and you will lose all your trophies and purchased content. Yeah you got it. :P My first name sucked too. lolYou won't lose any content that is on your system. Any account on the system that has the games installed on them can access them other than a couple that have some DRM protection. As long as a game is installed on the system though I can log into any user name and play that game.I believe that you have to start over to change your name and you will lose all your trophies and purchased content. If you want to redownload something bought on a different name you would have to go and sign in the old name to redownload them.
Unfortunately you can't, not unless you want to make a new account. The Japanese PSN gives you an option to change your name for a fee, much like what MS does on Xbox Live, but the feature has yet to leave Japan.AcidSoldnerWow, really? That's kinda stupid, there's quite a lot of money in that feature.
