PS4 Monthly FEE 10$ Online PLay? This in addition to PLUS?

Sorry , I read some news that reported about this 10$ monthly fee but it didnt mention anything about PS PLUS members not paying additionally for online play.

Any clarification on this?

I'm glad they now give us the option to pay monthly rather than just tri-monthly.

An expensive option but an option nonetheless. I'll be sticking to the yearly payment for my Plus. Paying $50 for a year compared to paying $120 is always better. :P

There are some sights that are just catching up now. They clearly didn't watch E3. IGN even clarified it in this article

Terrible and old article. True, it will be $10 a month... if you buy one month of PS+ at a time. And of course they aren't going to jack up the price any, this obviously would have came up by now if that were the case.

Come on, who really falls for this hoax--we are just some days before PS4 launch, and apparently there are people wanting to downplay its importance... What they said in summer is that multiplayer gaming would not be possible anymore on PS4 (but still on PS3) *without* PS+ subscription, so you'll need subscribing it (in Europe 15 euros / 3 months) in order to play online.

In general however, online passes depend on the different games' publishers, including Sony's own titles, and frequently are also included when you buy a game new or a more complete edition of it (take the Uncharted 3 or the Last of Us multiplayer, for instance).
