Ps3 is dead.i might as well get a 360

DMC 4 went to the 360.and im not paying $150 extra just for MGS4. and with the money left over ill get a free Lost Planet and Gears of War. i went shoveling and have like $50 extra but dont know what to do with it. its not enough to get an ipod so i guess ill just get some anime dvdsKoga_316

Okay, getting back to a serious reply, seriously, the system isn't dead because it loses one big exclusive. It's dead, when it's dead. PERIOD. All this premature saying of it being dead is just plain wishful thinking on the Xbots part.

I can't take it. How old are you dude? You made $50 shoveling and its burning a hole in your pocket so bad that you're going to go blow it on anime dvd's. That is why you don't think the PS3 is worth it. Because you haven't learned the value of a dollar and you have the patience of a young kid. You can't fathom having to wait for two more snowstorms so you can get your PS3, so in your head, you've rationalized the idea that it's not worth another $150. Let's see how you're doing in two or three years when the PS3 is cranking out game after game and the Xbox 720 is $800. You might have to start washing cars too!! Seriously, if you think that you're paying an extra $150 JUST for MGS4, you're only fooling yourself. Here's a quick list of SOME of the things your $150 will get you MGS4, Final Fantasy 13, Motion Sensitive controls (which are getting implemented better all the time), a blu-ray player, (for your hi-def anime), Virtual Fighter, Tekken, God of War, Resistance, Ratchet & Clank, and SO MUCH MOREghaleon0721

Oh, and just some fair warning, you may want to consider waiting for the Zephyr instead of picking up what's out now. At least it's a tiny bit more competitive and a hair more comparable to the PS3 in terms of hardware. Still not equal though.

 And just in case you don't know what the Zephyr is, it's the 1.5 year console upgrade from MS to try and stay in the game.

well that's your opinion and in truth its a limited opinion because these aren't even all the exclusives that Sony's got ready to roll out. The thing is we aren't going to post the whole list every time someone says "why is it worth getting?". People's fingers, brains and eyes work. Just go to any gaming site and look around under the PS3 section. If you aren't being a total fanboy for another system, you can easily find many games worth playing that cater to your taste.
