Ps3 headset question

Hey, so I have the GtaV pulse elite headset that I use on my ps3/ps4 and I'm wondering if they can be used with the ps2? I want to play lifeline on my ps2 but don't wanna use my crappy ps2 USB headset lol

highly doubt it. if i remember correctly, the ps2 doesn't support wireless headsets like the ps3 and ps4 do. you will just have to use the crappy ps2 headset.

@barry000: thanks for the reply :) I tried the ps3 headset with the ps2. The microphone worked but the sound didn't output through the headphones. Then I managed to get the sound to work but then the microphone didn't work. Stuck using the crappy ps2 headset I guess haha
