I just got a VISA Gift card and I checked its funds on the internet, I have 28 bucks left.

So I try to add funds and a message comes up saying The Transaction Cannot Be completed.

Then I just go directly to the game I wanna get(Jumping Flash!) and I click on Confirm Purchase and its like "An error has occurred.(80023102) Any ideas on what to do to fix it? Thanks

When you got your Gift card did you register it online to used it for online purchases? And if you did, did they ask for an address? If you were only asked to give your zipcode, the Gift Card cant be used in the PSN store.

Hmm i really dont know about this problem, never happened here, but try reputting in your information if you had it saved, or making another PSN name and trying it on that

Less than a month ago, it even says it's available to use Online.

First of all, like I said in the other post, when you registed the card online, did you have to put a full address or just a zipcode.

Recently I bought a visa Gift card and I couldnt use it in the PS store because the card has to be tied to an address. When I went to register my card all they asked for was a zipcode. I called up Sony Customer service and they told me you can no longer use any giftcard that cant be tied to an address.

I've never had to register my card before but apparently there's an option to do so. I'm doing it right now and I'm gonna see if it works. It asks me for my whole address and phone, etc.
