Media Go operates the same as iTunes, essentially. Have you used iTunes?

Yes you can use a USB cord. Do u have a memory Card in the PSP. I am guessing you do so all you have to do is plug it in then turn it on then go to systems and click USB mode on the PSP then in my computer you can transfer your music in the MUSIC file.

Yeah, I've figured it out up to there, but when I do, it stays on the please wait screen and doesn't do anything. There isn't any response on media go as far as I can tell either. D=

Out of the two I'd guess it's the computer, the psp reacts when I insert the usb cable.

That's very strange that a program and your computer doesn't See your PSP plugged in. Try it on a different computer and see what happens. You don't have to install that program just plug in the PSP and then go to my computer and then you should see it. If you can see it on an another computer then there is something wronf with yours. Also If you have a memory card reader that can read that type of Memory card then you could transfer music.
