Motorstorm Tourney Only For Paying Customers of GS ?

Can you only join with a payed for GS account? cauz i cant find any way to join unless im missing somthing

It's only available to US- based Total Access subscribers. Yes, you must be a paying customer and live in the US to enter (which sucks for me as I'm a Total Access subscriber but I'm in Canada).lyndonAPI

If you read through the FAQ, it seems it's open to those in the US and Canada except for Quebec.
