its in the same area that you recieve the MK.II. When you first enter the area, you should have been facing the statue. Just climb up on it and hit triangle a couple of times. Then you go and get the MK.II. If you can't find it, it is by the stairs that lead to the top floor

im up to the part were i meet the guy with the monkey should i have been up to it by now? and is there any chance they got rid of it in the aussie version?
