Manager mode on fifa 10 freezes after loading

for some strange reason my fifa 10 manager mode is freezes after i load my manager mode file. i recently installed MW 2 update 1.05 so im thinking that may be the cause but im not quite sure.

I don't think it was the MW2 update because I've not got MW2 and Fifa 10 freezes on metoo. Some people think it's the auto save feature
