just bought a ps3

just bought a ps3 with a promo that included 6 games under 10 dolllars. i got fallout 4, resistance 3, borderlands 2, diablo 2, bioshock 3 and a game for my friend. I also bought gta5 and cod advanced warfare but had to return those 2 a few days later from needing the money and ill buy them back later on. I guess im looking for feedback if i made the right choice lol.

Sounds like a good choice to me depending on what you paid for it. I adored my PS3, and most of the games you got there are fantastic in their own way.

Yup Ps3 games are quite cheap now since Ps4s almost been out for 2 years now. Its great if you didn't have the chance to play a lot of the great games from last generation.

Both gens seem a bit flat, so good choice going with the cheaper option.

@msi13245: PS3 is an excellent choice. While the 360 has a lot of decent exclusives and some games will look better on the Xbox, PS3 has way more exclusives, a much deeper catalog of games and different genres, and blu ray discs are almost impossible to scratch so any game u find in the wild u probably don't have to worry about being scratched or working.

Add the fact games are super cheap right now for the PS3 (360 and Wii too) and you've made a good choice. The only thing I can hope u did was get at least a 60 gig model for installing games will eat memory.

I just bought 23 PS3 games from GameStop last month and I paid $122 for all 23 games. All the triple A exclusives are pretty much $2-$10 right now (except titles released in the last year or two). The PS3 is an awesome system and this is coming from a guy who owns 20+ different game systems. U made a good choice especially if u never played or owned many PS3 games. If u like RPGs, platformers and niche games then the PS3 is the way to go. No shumps tho :-(
