Is there anything special about PS4 Launch Edition?

I am about to buy a PS4 and I know someone selling Launch Editions, but I was curious if it actually said anything on it like how the xbox one controller says day one and you get an achievement. If there's nothing special I'm gonna wait until Infamous to buy one. Thanks!

It was just a guarantee that you would get the system on launch day

IF? lol... so if the controller has some small print saying "day one playa" you would buy it now, but otherwise wait? ehh ok :P

It just means those were the ones guaranteed to be at your doorstep on launch day, nothing different about them what so ever other than the name.

The launch editions might have those $10 PSN Cards, 30 Day PSN Trial and Music Unlimited trial in them. Thought those were supposed to be limited but not sure.
