i dont think you can take a screen shot or video clip unless the game allows it. and no you cant use the ps eye on your pc

you can use it as a webcam...so maybe some other things are possible with it...(tons of posts...by the same guy about the driver for webcam functionality with it...just go backa couple pages since he was posting about it yesterday)
