is ff13 english only voice?

Is ff13 english voice version only being released in NA?

Does it have japanese vocal withenglish sub? because that would be totally amazing..... I just don't like any sort of dub. it feels unnatural to me.

This is why I'm hoping that Square Enix will release some kind of Language pack in PSN....even though it will cost money... I WILL BUY IT!!! But I have to say, the English voice looks pretty good .(Well..better than i first thought)

I've been playing it for a little over 4 hours now, and the only VO that really bothers me sometimes is Vanille's.

I think it was far worse in the late 90's than anything that exists today (as far as anime goes)

If they dubbed only Yakuza 3 it would had been off my buy list, unless it has MGS4 quality voices.

As for FFXIII... not much choice there, at least it's not as bad as it could had been.
