Insomniac for me. they focus more on MP than ND. too bad that R&CF:ToD is only SP.

Insomniac has my vote simply because I've enjoyed every game they've released so far on the PS2k (3 or 4 ratchet and clank sequells)

Naughty dog hasn't quite got the feel that I love for platformer(correct term?)type of games

stories? anyway tie the 2 best 2nd party devs and u want me to pick? RAC is awesome the best platformer/shooter. and jak and daxter best platformer/shooter. in fact what if they both made 1 super game published by Sony with a 25 - 30 million dollar budget?

o btw my vote is for ND. tie between ps1 series, jak wins but not by that much and uncharted hands down (i know its not out) i dont like FPS much

Ratchet and Clank pretty much own all Naughty Dog games imo. Good memories with Jak, don't get me wrong, I just prefer Ratchet and Clank so much more.

you guys only like Insomniac because they've been making more games in the past 2 years. Naughty Dog has better traditional platforming. I loved Crash Badicoot and Jak and Daxter quite more than R&C.

Oops I'm sorry my mistake, I guess you know my opinion better than I do. :P

Oh and I've played all Jak games and R&C games and I prefer the latter. But it's all about preferences.

I gave them a tie. Both of them have had a fair share of really good games past and present. Being a fan of both aswell, i gave em' a tie. You cant go wrong with either.

I voted for a tie because they are both awesome developers. Can't wait for Uncharted & Ratchet, both look amazing. I don't think you could find many better developers than Insomniac & Naughty Dog.

I voted Insomniac Games. They have won awards three years in a row for being in the top 50 small to medium businesses to work for in America. In that time they have also turning out a game ever single year. They are freakin' crazy. Also, I love their podcast. This was an uphill battle for ND to win the whole time. Look at the numbers. I think people agree with me.

Naughty Dog, just becuase I liked Crash in the beginning, and loved all of the Jak games and uncharted looks amazing. However, I did love the R&C games too. They both make excellent games.

I have to go with tie. Please do not pit these two great developers against each other. Some of the most enjoyable games on my PS2 were from these two companies (ie. Jak & Daxter series, Ratchet & Clank series) and they will be just as great for the PS3 (Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank, and the already released Resistance).

I've always been a big fan of J & D, I really liked the story. Drakes also looks really cool, so my vote goes to Naughty Dog. I do like R & C, but never as much as J & D. Both are great developers though and I hope they continue to produce great games.
