Hello, fellow portable gamers. I'm seriously considering a PSP purchase, and I want to know if there are any import titles, from japan or Europe, worth checking out. I'm particularly interested in rhythm, puzzle, and RPGs that don't require any knowledge of other languages to enjoy a lot. Any titles you know of?

Yes, check out DJ MAX portable, and DJ MAX Portable 2 online, sweet music game thats in english.

If you get one to start i'd suggest going with DJMax Portable 2... Both of these games can be very difficult and the lack of a normal difficulty level on the first game can make it pretty frustrating. They are awesome games though...If you do get the first game there's a way to play the songs through the second games difficulty level (called link disc) and at least that way you can play those first game's songs on the easier level. Check Play Asia for reviews on these also probably the best place to get it.

ive had dj max portable 2 since it freaking came out and i still suck really bad!!!its seriously not about getting good but theres so many things to unlock and id say its the best psp game ever made ever

Well worth the 25$ i spent to get it over here, trying to get Breath of Fire 3.

I just purchased the European versions of Breath of Fire III and Tales of Eternia. Get them, they are worth every dime and are in English. Don' make the mistake of picking up the Japanese versions though
