im not sure if you know this or not but the mgs 1 theme was originally "winter road" by, Georgy sviridov (aka konami stole that song and riped it off)

Ok #1 who cares and #2 that is nothing new. You see this everywhere in music. Example rap/hiphop, almost every beat is sampled from anothers work. You saw how I said sample and not stolen, it becuz it is perfectly legal to take a peice/ part of and make whatever you want with/your on version. Yes, but to sample you need permission from the original artist. In this case they used the song without permission and they did not credit the original artist.

But the article was fun to look at. Listening to all of those similarities. Though, I knew Sonic 3's right off the bat back when it was released.
