I need help with users on my PS3.

When I first got my ps3(pal) I created a master account for a pal country. I also created two sub-accounts associated with that master account. Afterwards I found out how bad the pal Playstation Store was so I decided to delete my master account and I created a new one with the country as USA.

So now I have a USA master account and two pal sub-accounts. I bought two games from the pal Playstation Store, Blast Factor and Flow with my pal master account, and now, I cannot play those games at all, as it gives me an error which I think is due to me deleting the account I purchased them from. When I deleted my pal master account, it told me that all the information on it will be lost. Now the problem is I couldn't use the e-mail that I used for my pal master account for my new master account. I even got a confirmation e-mail on the e-mail I used for my pal master account when I purchased super rub-a-dub from my pal sub-account.

Does this mean that the information I used for my pal master account, including the billing information is locked with that account or is there some way that I can use that information to create another account?

POOR GUY ... I GUESS IF YOU TRYED TO MAKE A NEW PAL ACCOUNT IT MAY JUST WORK OR YOU'LL HAVE TO BUY IT ONCE AGAIN I GUESS !??

do you remember your first European master account references, I think it's never fully erased and you can re-activate it, try to put again what you did the first time, it might workTheTenth10
