I am getting a Computer moniter. And I was wondering if any of you use moniters as well. This on has full 1080P and a 23'' Screen. What do you think? Will it cause any problems?

That is the monitor I use with my ps3. No problems. It is a little slow to switch sources, or come out of sleep/stand-by mode. Otherwise, I don't notice any ghosting and the colors and contrast ratio are ok.

I only use a PC monitor for my PS3, it's a 20" Hanspree model with HDMI support. I never really use a TV for it.

you need to step it up son.

get a t260hd so you get a nice 1920x1200 for your computer and 1920x1080 for your ps3.

if not get a 1080p 22" for a nice crisp picture.

but my 26" is getting smaller every day.

My monitors only 20". I also have a 42" plasma but for some reason prefer to play on my monitor anyways, so yes I would say 23" is big enough.

Yeah, because spending hundreds of dollars on HDTVs to get the same results or worse is a much better idea.

I use an HDTV and a PC monitor and PC monitors are better, for games, most are in 720p or even less so getting anything above 23" is not that required for gaming anyways. That's why I have a 20" and can still get 1080p on it since this monitor is different from others. Maybe next gen bigger is much better.

I couldn't game on a PC monitor..imo it's very lacking and doesn't look as crisp graphics wise. I recommend a normal size HDTV..like 32-42".

Lulz. Computer monitors are just as sharp if not more so than any similiar HDTV... They're practically the same thing.

I am using dual monitors. I have a Acer P235hand a wall mounted Acer X213h. Really great if you like to multitask like I do. Also I can play my 360 while still using Itunes, Hulu, or whatever. (pics below)

The P235h 23"

The X213h 21.5"

Most HDMI Monitors on BestBuy.com come WITH the HDMI cable, but you need speakers ( The built in ones suck ) get a converter adapter for the AV cables and the other end plugs the speakers in

It sounds expensive but it's like 10 bucks worth of stuff. I use a Y adapter, speaker jack converter, and couplets or w/e they're called with a dell soundbar (speaker) attached to my dell monitor.

Id say most of the people posting stuff like that, and like the guy saying cheapskates, are all either.

1. Someone who lives with their parents and doesnt really have to worry about any type of bills that have to be paid so they can spend thier money on what they want.

or

2. Little kids who mommy and daddy buy them everything

Because any half intelligent person with a job and bills, no matter how much money they make and/or have, can understand that not everyone has the ability to go out and buy a thousand dollar television. Ive stated already, I have a 42" tv but still prefer to play on my monitor, yes when it comes to movies I prefer the TV, but if Imjust relaxing playing a game, my monitors perfect. And your exactly right about games being made for computers, so that persons logic makes little to no sense

I use a 21.5" 1080p acer(shown a couple posts above) and It works great. Besides the fact that the menu on the monitor is very annoying, causing it to take 20 seconds to switch from dvi to hdmi and vice versa.

Also, one thing you want to take note of is how you are going to get sound. The monitor of course does not have speakers. What I did was buy a converter for red/white audio (forget the name of them) to 1/4th" jack, and plug that into a 1/4th" to 1/8th" converter that plugs into my subwoofer. If you don't know what that means just tell the guy at radioshack you need to go from red/white audio cables to your speakers.
