hidden psn gems that people don't know about?

ones that people don't hear about.NOT games like wipeout hd and super street fighter 2 hd remix. and the pixeljunk games. I already own those and they are amazing.but ones that that people haven't heard of.

Bionic Commando is pretty good once you get used to the controls.

Revenge of the Wounded Dragons (like an HD version of Double Dragon, it rocks)

Planet Minigolf (awesome game with the same Play. Create. Share mentality of LBP)

topatoi (very good 2.5D platformer)

Critter Crunch (like a cross between Bejewled & Tetris, really awesome)

Magic Orbz (very addicting arkanoid type of game)

Savage Moon (tower defense game that looks like Starship Troopers)

The Last Guy (you play the role of a hero and have to go inside buildings in order for people to follow you and then escort them to a safe place away from monsters, very challenging but fun) all come to mind.

I like the arkanoid style "brick breaking" games of which I am currently playing 3 - Shatter, Hyperballoid and Magic Orbz - all good in their own right :D

*rolleyes* at the people recommending full retail disc games when the guy asked for PSN gems... Anyhow. If you have PlayStation Plus or the most recent episode of Qore, grab the TerRover demo. I freaking LOVE that game. It's by Creat, but it looks and feels a lot like a PixelJunk game. The controls will probably take you a bit to get used to, but trust me, it gets much easier once you get the hang of the button layout and the idea of shifting weight. It's coming out next week in North America for $14.99, which I will gladly pay, but I wish it was only $9.99. It seems like most people think $9.99 is the sweet spot, and I agree. But I'm fine paying more if it's a game I am convinced I'll love and play. Castle Crashers just came out for PS3, and it's really good. Astro Tripper is great fun, and challenging. It's a tad like Defender in some ways, but kinda hard to compare to anything else. Shatter is really really good if you like Breakout style games, but it has truly evolved the game. Trine is cool, too, and has a platinum trophy. Puzzle Quest is amazing, if you haven't played it on any system yet, get it. Peggle, too. Those are all the PSN games I think are at the top of my list (not counting the ones you said not to mention, of course). And I own a lot (90+).adolson

I will have to give another Heads up for Critter Crunch... a blast to play and addictive.. just be warned the ending is disturbing lol

Pixeljunk Racer is one of the most fun multiplayer games i've ever played, it a new concept and its 7 players as well

but I think they're well worth it.

As for other great PSN games: Castle Crashers, Gunstar Heroes, Puzzle Quest, Flower, Bionic Commando, Super Stardust

I also think Bomberman and Tank Battles are fun but only for multiplayer.
