help wanna buy a ps3 :/

i hae an xbox 360 and i love it and i wanna get a ps3 now

my question is: whats the difference b/w the 40gb and 60gb ps3???

some of the difference i know : no backwards compability on 40gb and less space...what others?

i heard there are less USB ports..what do they dO? and is there a difference in graphics?

p.s. i dont care about playing ps2 games on ps3!
