Have there been any reported problems with 2.41?

I'm cautious of 2.41 after I heard about what happened with 2.40. Have there been any reported problems so far?Uncle-Jesse

a friend of mine got problems after installing 2.41. sometimes ps3 doesnt recognize the games he puts in, and when it does the ps3 just freezes in a loading screen or he gets an error while entering the game.. it's pretty awful =S. its not guaranteed to be the updates problem, but it's a factthat it was after the update install.. =S.

no.. if i remember well the games he had were burnout paradise, uncharted, assassins creed, street fighter, pes2008... and a "final fantasy" like one.. no mgs4 in his collection. why?

There were some problems. Sony took the update back though and fixed it.

It runs fine now.

well i have no reason to complain with their updates so far.. but yes, at least i hope the next updates come all clean and clear! =)

So I upgraded to 2.41 lastnight. Ironically, after I upgraded, I purchased a few character add-ons from the PSN store. It took a really long time for the PSN store to load, and then even longer to download the characters.

I'm not sure if this was related to the upgrade or not, but I hope not. It's the first time I ever experienced this slowness issue, and it was coincidentally right after I upgraded to 2.41.
