Has your slim ever crashed?

Hey everyone..So my 80gb old model ps3 got yellow lighted yesterday and since I got it back in 07 my warranty is up and I have to pay $189 to fix it. I was thinking about just buying a slim if they're reliable. This is my 2nd time having my 80gb crash..so i kind want to replace it. So have you guys had any trouble with your slim?

It froze about 5 or 6 times since I got it. But not for a while.

while i was playing infamous and i was getting m ass kicked escorting the bus. i guess it didn't like those constant restarts!

but that's it. just once in the three months since i replaced my old PS3 Fat. and i have played t almost daily since then

Twice in uncharted 2.

MIne has locked up a few times exiting games. it had locked up in the middle of Uncharted 2 before.

Id say 5 times at most.

it crashed in BC2 but that game used to crash till the patch

my Slim 250 has been reliable so far...

It froze once during Uncharted 1 when I was getting chased by those cursed Spaniard guys, but other than that no issues.

It froze once. I was playing NBA Live 10 at the time.

mine has frozen a few times when downloading or starting up demos

So far i've had my ps3 slim for 7 months, and it hasn't crashed or frozen yet
