CUrrently, I have Disgaea AoD, Crazy Taxi Fare wars( It was on sale nd i was bored), SOCOM: Fireteam Navy Bravo 1, Syphon filterL Dark Mirror, Modnation racers, Killzone Liberation, and Valhalla Knights. I want to expand my collection. I don't want anymore shooters, as for the psp i think i have enough. i don't like racing games (Modnation was an exception) I'm really into heavy story and character creation based RPG's, freeroaming games (not gta, or gangs of london), I've thought about onster hunter, but i played it a while ago, and it is soooo confusing it doesn't give you hardly any help at all. I really wish type-0 was on the psn, but sadly it's not. So what do I get. I do like action games also. Shoot.

I'll agree with Persona 3. If you like RPGs try out Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky as well.

What makes the PSP version "not as good"? I find it rather enjoyable going through the game as the girl character..which isn't in the PS2 version.

Jeanne D'Arc is a good choice, though I don't think it's in the PSN.

I just don't like it how they cut the anime cutscenes and you can no longer walk around in between dungeons and dialogue :'( but thats just me. The core game is still good, but whenever I need a Persona fix thesedays I head straight for P4 on PS2.

Persona 3 has a much better gameplay on the PSP!

Gender Choice = general changes have been made to the plot = new dialogue added = which means those cutscenes did not exist for the PS2 in the first place.

Two new difficulty levels.

Revised battle system for the PSP as in Persona 4 = In combat, the player is able to directly control every character = which was not possible on the PS2 version.

The anime cutscenes seen in the original Persona 3 have been replaced to feature in-game graphics, which is as good as the original anima cutscenes.

The ability to guard, take part time jobs for your social links etc, etc.

Being able to directly choose your Party's commands makes P3P so much better then P3 on PS2. The missing anime scenes are a dissappointment but i would rather be able to control my party it was my single biggest complain with P3.

This is directed to the Persona 4 fans above... will the Vita version pretty much have everything from the PS2 version? Since Vita is a pretty beefy system I don't see any reason anything should get cut this time around. I haven't played P4 but look forward to the release on the Vita.

Brave Story is an underrated game imo. There's also crimson gem saga, it has good story and customization skills menu. The Y's games are also good to have.

PoPoLoCrois is pretty good as well. Starts off extremely slow, but the game made me laugh quite a bit throughout the game.

You could get Pinball of Fame - it looks great on the PSP and PSP Go. Puts all those Zen games to shame.

True, according to different sites, this will be the better game, as Persona 3 Portable was + It will look much better on that beauteful OLED screen.

EDIT: Perona 4 on the OLED screen ;)
