i think sony needs to make a deal with the music industry and offer downloadable songs. directly from the PSN or a similar type scenario, where you can pay for and download music, movies, etc. straight to your console.
How's about making the PS3 100% customizable? custom wallpapers, custom soundtracks.....even custom XMB. Maybe thats a little too much freedom but i believe that customization is the way to go. Nobody wants exact the same PS3 that everyone else is playing on. I would like to make it my own system with things on there that mean something to me. I think that this will be the case by the time HOME comes out as i've heard that you can customise your apartment.
