Fallout 4 mods

So I'm aware that enabling mods disables trophies, but what if I enable mods and also have a save with no mods enabled, will I still be able to get trophies on the latter?

Hi. I really don't know, but if it's as for code in GTA V, you can use cheat code on a save and have your trophies on an other save. You can also use the cheat on one save, save your game, switch off the console and restart the game and the trophies will not be blocked.
