My PS3 seems to leave rings of dust on my game discs. Theyre not scratches, and they dont stop the games from playing perfectly, it's just kinda weird looking. Does anyone else' PS3 do this?
Ive only had my PS3 for 4 months, and this isnt really a problem, its just kinda weird. It happens to each disc if Ive played them for a very long time.
I know what you are saying, once a finger print landed on the bottom side of the disc, its inevitable, even if i wipe it with a clean soft linen free cloth like in the manual said, it will still collect marks of dust when put/taken out of the ps3. That is why at all cost i never put fingerprints on the bottom side, too bad few of my games suffered from it already LOL
i have a 40gb ps3 and when i took out my red dea disk i saw this strange faint lines and few moisture marks around the edges of my disks but i just gave them a wipe with some tissues and they have gone; i believe that it is just gathered dust after all its inevitable that they will gathe dust ; im going to also try and giving my disk tray a wipe...
