definitely not.. DICE is doing the multiplayer though so i'm probably gonna buy it.. plus the campaign actually looks pretty damn sweet.. COD will never die at this point.. all they have to do is slap "Call of Duty" on the box its an instant half billion dollars for activision..

^This pretty much. CoD has the name, it has a vice grip on the mainstream audience, they can only let it get away, its near impossible to take it away.

If by "beat" you mean will it be a better game? I say with near certainty it will be a better.

If by beat you mean *outsell* MW2, not a chance in hell.

Anyone that has played COD in the last 3 years knows that activision have a monopoly on the gaming industry with Call Of duty.

As we saw with MW2, you dont even need to put any real effort or substance to your product when you put Call Of Duty on the box!

Now, when you talk quality, i think with EALA soing the single player, and DICE doing the Multiplayer, we will have a winning, top quality game that is a day one purchase for me no question.

I think when it comes to game quality, COD was beaten with Bad Company 2, i can only hope that Medal of Honor finally takes COD's testicles and stamps on them viciously.

Just like Blizzard's World of Warcraft. A thousand quits, a new thousand will join. It's an unstoppable force whether you like it or not.

Since it is being develped by EA and Dice is working on Multiplayer and since Bad Company 2 came out to be a great game then MOH will have a good chance of being good.

Although in terms of sales.... no way it will beat COD

I dont like dice's mp gameplay, so the mp perspetive will pretty much be nay for me. I dont know about the rest of the world. As for sp? I highly doubt tha there was ever a moh game that defeated the cod game that was out at that time. Perhaps if they do something amazing, otherwise it simply not the case.

Personally I've had enough modern weaponry/setting FPS games.. I couldn't care less about MoH or any CoD game in the future.

In terms of sales, I doubt it. Gameplay, Im not quite sure since I havent seen much from the MoH.. Online, again.. There hasn't been much out yet.

With all that aside, I'm looking forward to it. I hope its better than CoD since I've been a MOH fan for a long while.. Its too early to say anything.
