Hi. I am currently using PS3 Media Server to copy files from my PC to my PS3. I know to download a file off internet on my PC or PS3 I lose internet bandwidth. My monthly bandwidth from my internet provider is about 60GB. What if I download a file that is 700MB in size on my PC. Then I copy the file from my PC to my PS3 using the media server and wireless internet connection. So total do I lose 1400MB bandwidth or do I lose 700MB?

Thanks for looking. :)

Just the 700MB will be used.

the media server just connects your ps3 to your pc not the internet, so it's just 700mb (what movie is it?)

only 700mb, PC to PS3 will use your LAN (Local Area Network), it will not contact your ISP (internet provider) , so it will not count from your 60GB limit.
