Dishonored?

Hows Dishonored? I Actually got a 10 dollar gift card on amazon, so I am only going to spend 40 for it. Is it worth the buy? I am thinking about getting it.

Ive picked Far cry 3 over it, and I absolutely had a blast with it. Would i have the same kind of enjoyment towards Dishonored?

Awesome game. Great gameplay, great abilities, decent stealth, but short.

Dishonored is good but it's too short, not worth a full price. At 40$ maybe but it depends on how much your going to replay it, if you beat a game once and never touch it again then don't buy it. I have beaten it twice but I still regret spending $60 on it.

Just beat Dishonored a couple days ago, I paid $25 on Black Friday for it and it was well worth that price, the game is short but its one of veru few games I actually plan on playing through again

Great game, they nailed it. Worth the price of admission. I wouldn't say it's short, but then again I also don't rush through games like others.

Got it for $25 on Black Friday and I haven't even unsealed it yet. I'm sure it is worth the price I paid for it though.

I found this game a lot of fun, very interactable environments, and feels realistic too

IMO, Dishonored and Far Cry 3 were the two best games of 2012. It's a lot of fun and one of those games that sucks you in.

I don't get the people saying it's short. I finished each of the Uncharted games in half the time it took me to go through Dishonored, and I've never heard anyone complain that those games were short. Bioshock games were much shorter as well, along with numerous other games.

If you play the game stealthy, do all side quests etc, you can easily get 25-30 hours out of one playthrough, but if you play it, run gun and kill without doing much but the main story line, then you can expect it to be 6-8 hours.

My first playthrough took over 30 hours, I loved the game and the world, trying out different tactics, looting, exploring, collecting etc. I was also going for a no kill/no alert playthrough so add a few hours to restarting or reloading checkpoints. Second playthrough I didn't bother with side quests or anything just the main story and just ran around killing anyone who got in my way, it was pretty quick, but I got about 40 hours out of the game which isn't amazing, but definitely not bad. It will only be short if you choose to take the quick route, so don't pay much attention to everyone saying it's short because it only is if you want it to be.

I haven't tried this game yet.

Bought on Black Friday for $25 and yet to even open it. Not really my kind game, but I loved Deus Ex: Human Revolution so it was worth a chance for that price.

I really enjoyed the game but it didn't have a very strong lasting impression for me.
