I want to get DMC ahead of time and so i was wondering if it doesnt have region protection does that mean i can change the language on it, or i have to understand Japanese? Thanks ahead of time.
Haha, hey this has been postend tons of times, PS3 games and Blu-Ray movies are NOT region protected.SPD_WeBmAsTaH
Technically there is still region lock on Blu-Ray movies. However, Japan and America have the same region now and I know most movies don't even enforce it. :)
You can try the asia version. It actually has the english language.

I noticed this also when looking at the differences in the Japanese and Asian version, however, I wonder if the Japanese Version of this game will allow you to view it in both Japanese and English. I dont think it would make a lot of sense to offer English on one version and not on the other.
Im in Taiwan right now, Im also looking forward for that game, Im also getting the J version, because in Taiwan they usually bring the J version of all PS3 games and they arruved earlier, DONT WORRY I has the same worries, it has ENGLISH included and doesnt have region protection, akmost 100% of the PS3 GAMES dont have this protection so DONT WORRY, I usually dont worry about the tregion because I know my USA PS3 will be able to read it, what I worry about is the language LOL but dont worry it has english...
