Demons Souls looks better than Dragon Age Origins. Who agrees?

I saw some gameplay videos of Demons Souls on youtube, and the game looks amazing! Dragon Age Origins looks really good too, but Demons Souls looks likes it's going to be the best new RPG when it comes out, and maybe even a nominee for game of the year. Sad part is that it doesn't seem to be getting nearly as much hype as Dragon Age Origins.

IMO, Demons Souls looks like a AAA game for sure.

i'd say i agree..

the more i see Dragon Age Origins the more underwhelmed i am of it. the story looks fascinating, but gameplay wise it is really underwhelming. it feels like it's a bad version of a long dungeon crawler.

I consider myself a Bioware fanboy, just about anything they do i'll get and i usually really enjoy it. but Dragon Age has more then once made me rethink if i even wanna get it. it'll have to be a wait and see the reviews type of deal.

defininently will be getting Mass Effect 2 though. i love that franchise (one of my absolute favorites).

Dragon Age: Origins looks like the type of ame that was meant to be played on PS3

I pretty much agree with SaudiFury. Dragon Age seems to have a pretty good concept and amazing variety in story options, but the gameplay and graphics seem pretty dull.

I'll have to wait for the reviews for that one.

Demon's souls looks alot better to me. I don't know if I should even bother with Dragon Age Origins

I have already preordered my copy of Demons Souls Deluxe Edition. I might get Dragon Age Origins when it drops to $20 or something.

I'm personally not interested in any of them. However if I had to choose one I liked more, it would be Dragon Age Origins.

BTW is dragon age turn based? Because I know the combat revolves around a 4 person party.

Dragon age looks like an upgraded Baldur's gate copy which is Awesome if you ask me

On the otherside demon's soul seem like a completly new concept which is also Awesome

I say get both and if have a money problem i say sell a kidney or something

I'm almost positive Dragon Age isn't turn based... It does have the option to go to the reminiscent old school overhead look, and they say that you can do the pause and play type gaming to figure out what to do... (Similar to Mass Effect and it's radial wheel on systems)... But as far as the combat I'm almost positive it's real time

I'm looking forward to both games to be honest.

I want to play quality RPG's this generation and until White Knight and FFXIII arrive, Demon's Soul and Dragon's Age are both made from respectable companies that know how to make great RPG games.

Both are on my buy list.
