Deciding Between Resistance 2 Or Killzone 2.....HELP

Hello everyone i was hoping someone could give me some advice or details on which of the above titles are better???

personally, i really dont think the resistance games are all that great. i mean they're fun, but i just dont think there's anything special about them. i really like killzone 2. the cover system in the single player is easy to learn and it brings something different to the fps genre. also, the online in killzone is pure carnage, and fun.

i recently got internet hooked up and was looking for a great online experience....i was a huge socom/zipper fan before confrontation...

i know this is completely off thread but....is the playstation eye worth investing in??? i mean does it get used alot??

ok so in terms of online play im sensing the winner kz2

single campaign re2

graphics kz2

i have wi fi connection...connection is average...could you decidewhat game would hold my connection quality better or would it be about even.....from what you guys are tellin me im leaning towards kz2

both games should give you the same connection, and as far as the single player campaigns, i think kz2 is way better. it has some of the most intense firefights ive every played in a game.

first if all Kz2 has customization but not high levels . you can customize your classes. and i say Killzone EPIC GAME overall. i found R2 bland after 2 weeks... but thats just my opinion

i would say killzone 2 hands down. i bought resistance 2 and it was great for the first few weeks got really bored of it fast. Killzone 2 is unreal imo. the graphics are amazing and i really like the campaign which is not something most fps do well. and i would say the online is incredible and really addicitng i havent see better map layouts online in a long long time. DLC are coming out for Killzone 2s online as well so that should be exciting

Try Resistance 2 first then go for Killzone 2 both are great i would say that because if you play K2 and then R2 you will fed up with it very quickly.

Killzone 2 you must have it if you own a PS3

That's a tough one. Both games are great in their own rights, you can't go wrong with either one.

I'd say buy both "IF" your budget allows you, but if not you can't go wrong either way...both are awsome. If your a shooter fan, the KZ2 controls will take some getting use tobut as I said before, you can't go wrong either way.

I have both and i personally like killzone 2 better. The graphics are way better and the gameplay is awesome in kz2.

Get Killzone.

They arent even in the same league. I cant think of one thing that R2 does better than Kz2 other than co-op (except R2's writing isnt as cheezy and annoying as Kz2)

Got both games here....

I think you will personally be more satisfied with Killzone 2. Especially if you are a fan of online gaming. KZ2 is off the hook online, I think I have played a good 24+ hours without even touching the single player campaign yet.

KZ2 for sure. Amazing graphics. The rag-doll effects are wicked too. The maps are way better than R2's and the leveling up is way addicting.

Even though there's a demo for Killzone 2, I suggest you should rent both first rather than buying. Check them out both by renting them yourself and see which one is worth the purchase instead of getting them because of other peoples opinions.

I like Resistance 2, but the campaign isn't as good as the first one and Killzone has better online IMO. Resistance 2 does have a really good co-op mode though.
