Crysis on PSN vs. Far Cry 3

I wanna get one, but I'm not sure which one should get my money. Which games has less backtracking. If I die during a mission, how much of the mission will I have to redo? Which one has better performance? Which one do you think is more fun?

I´m not sure about something, you mean Crysis or Crysis 3? Anyway if you are talking about Crysis. I think you should go with Far Cry 3 since for what you say, Far Cry 3 is more open world and if you died you will return but not that much as Crysis since Crysis is more like "stage to stage" type. both are amazing games, but, for what you say, Far Cry 3! 

FC3 is a better game in my opinion. But, if you pay $60 for FC3 vs $20 for Crysis it might not be.

I'd go with FC3 if you can get it for less than $60. Because sales will come around, and the game will drop in price soon enough that you can really take the $60 and get both games.

Far Cry 3 by far...and you will learn the definition of insanity.;)

Both are really fun games, but I'd say FC3.  It was the only game I was able to get immersed in the world of other than Dragon's Dogma and Skyrim (since Skyrim came out).  I ended up spending a lot of time on side mission stuff and taking over areas of the map/hunting animals.  Crysis is also pretty good but I didn't like the last few chapters that much.

Most definitly far cry 3.
